Adult ESOL Classes

We offer a range of English language classes  for Speakers of Other Language, designed for those whose first language is something other than English. The aim of these classes is to help learners to develop their skills and confidence in reading, writing, listening and speaking English.  

Our ESOL courses include grammar, study skills, employability as well as important communication skills for life and work in the UK.  Class sizes are small to ensure you receive the right amount of attention and support from your teacher.

Our courses can help you:

  • participate more fully in life in the UK and the local community

  • talk to teachers and doctors

  • assist your child with homework

  • understand the laws and customs of the UK

  • gain a level 2 qualification so you can access higher level courses

  • find a job/CV writing, interview skills/etc.

  • improve listening and speaking skills at work

  • To attend our classes, you must first register.

Functional Skills-English and Maths

For native speakers or competent speakers of English who need to improve their English and Math Skills for employment/and or for academic purposes.

English and Employability course

For those who want to focus on finding a job want to gain or improving employability skills.  You will learn how to write a winning CV, support personal statement, gain interview skills, questioning techniques, etc. 

Citizenship course

Short courses are now available for those who have a good command of the English language but need a qualification to apply for Citizenship.

English as an Additional Language (EAL) Tutoring For Schools KS1+                              

We work with pupils in primary and secondary schools whose first language is not English.  Our purpose is to help pupils acquire English in order to access the curriculum and participate in school and community life.

Short General English – Elementary to Advance – minimum age 16.

This programme is for all level of English language abilities.  It focuses on the essential English language skills- speaking & listening, pronunciation, reading and writing, grammar and vocabulary.


Summer Courses for juniors - Elementary to Advance – minimum age 11.

Summer courses are tailored to be secure and fun for young learners.  Courses are taught by qualified and experience teachers who ensure that learning is rewarding and enjoyable.

English Conversation Course - Elementary to Advance – minimum age 16.

This course is for those who want improve their English for live in the UK.  Students will practice reading, writing, speaking and listening and classes will also focus on vocabulary, grammar and pronunciation.


One-to-One English - Elementary to Advance – minimum age 16.

These courses are tailored made and is designed to your requirements. It is suited for students who want to learn English for specific purpose. i.e. business, CV writing, interview preparation. One-to One tuition is flexible and arranged to fit around your other commitments.
